Hola de Cuba!
It has been a jam packed few days, sorry we have just managed to get to internet now.
With the delay and luggage we didn’t exit the airport until 5pm the day we arrived, then we had a very late lunch followed shortly by dinner.
Yesterday we learned about city planning and sustainability in Havana and then went to the foundation started by Antonio Nunez, an impressive Cuban adventurer! We had some time to see the capital building and the central square on our walk to dinner.
Today we got to learn about the history of Cuba and the developing relations with the US from the former Cuban ambassador to Rumania (Romania). After a delicious sea front lunch we went to salsa and Congo dance class!!!
Tomorrow we leave Havana for the Eco village of Las Terrazas and then on to the beautiful region of Vinales!
