THANK YOU so much for this important program that is vital to my generation, and for being so responsive via email and phone to me and my parents!!! This program got me outside of my comfort zone and gave me confidence about my abilities and ideas of helping reverse the damage of climate change and working to bring forth an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling, socially just human presence on our planet.

I met so many people in this program whom I plan to stay in contact with for a very long time and whom I share so many interests with! I love how I met so many people from around the country and outside of the U.S. Also, this program was the first time I have stayed away from home on my own, and it has given me an enormous amount of confidence of my abilities and I have learned how good it feels to be independent! I also found it to be very valuable that I got to experience a snippet of what going to college will be like and makes me less anxious about those times quickly coming up!

The opportunities that were given to me and so many other students is life changing, with what I have learned, my experiences, and who we met which the distinguished panelists and Robert Watson! WOW- what rare opportunities!!

I really loved this program, the staff, and the whole experience! I am so much more knowledgeable about the facts of our planet’s current state and what we are realistically able to do. I will remember this program and my experience at Dartmouth for the rest of life, and knowing that it was what opened me up to really taking on the effects and mitigation of climate change and truly making change in our world that helps stop the planet from trying to survive, but thrive and flourish, as well as all its inhabitants for so many generations to come.
