Annika received her degree in Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University where she focused on environmental water processes. She has experience with private and public agencies involved with environmental protection and has done research on sustainable water practices throughout her university career. Joanna, who was born and raised in the Midwest, studied earth and environmental science at University of Illinois in Chicago and worked with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, doing conservation work, community outreach and environmental education programs. While studying tropical ecology in Costa Rica, she became determined to learn Spanish and travel, which led her to teaching math and science at a bilingual school in Honduras.

He is a former partner and director of Career Explorations, a summer internship program for high school students, and Vertex Academic Services, an educational consulting company. Rosalie studied sociology and anthropology at Middlebury College with a focus on social and climate justice. Over the past few years she has spent time working for nonprofits that focus on community and youth development at both the local and global levels.
Alex grew up on the east coast of Florida and graduated from Dartmouth College where she studied Environmental Studies and Geography and was involved in the Sustainability Office as an intern working at the organic farm, with dining services, and in various other student initiatives.
Olivia is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA where she studied Political Science and Global Studies. Most recently, she worked for the Washington State Legislature where she kept a keen eye out for proposed environmental legislation.
